The I-Setup is a space to see through the ‘I’, the sense of separate individual self, as nothing but a mischievous setup arising and dissolving spontaneously in the unbridled expansiveness of life. It is a space to bring awareness to the self and notice how it projects itself ‘out there’. With this kaleidoscopic insight, life becomes a game and not a chore.

 

Non-dualism is often highly misunderstood and cast aside as lofty esotericism. It is in fact the most practical way of seeing and being. The I-Setup envisions Non-dualism and Self-enquiry as real, reachable and realizable in this very moment.
